At Simple Spaces, we work to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. This Delivery Policy sets out the delivery times, costs and conditions for purchases made in our shop.
Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.

Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays.

During promotional periods or times of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

The estimated delivery times are:

Processing: 1 to 3 working days
Delivery: 5 to 12 working days
Total estimated time: 6 to 15 working days

These times are estimates and may vary due to external factors, including weather conditions, public holidays, strikes or carrier delays.

4. Delivery Costs

Delivery costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the purchase is finalised.

From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions for certain products or minimum purchase amounts.

5. Order Tracking

Where available, the customer will receive a tracking code by email once the order has been dispatched.

It may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier’s system.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Simple Spaces, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Exchange and Returns Policy explains your rights and the procedures for returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with UK law.

1. Right of Cancellation

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of the order being delivered.

Once you have notified us of your decision, you will have a further 14 days to return the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

For a return to be accepted:

The product must be unused and in perfect condition.
It must be returned in its original packaging wherever possible.
All accessories, manuals and labels must accompany the product.
The item must not show signs of excessive use, damage or alterations.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to check its nature and functionality.
